Anything Goes at Cardinal Spellman in Brockton MA

Cardinal Spellman theatre group  will be performing the classic musical Anything Goes     for 3 shows at their high school in Brockton MA on March 10th, 11th and12th. The Broadway musical will be fun to watch! Anything Goes at Cardinal Spellman in Brockton MA

Anything Goes is the Broadway musical from Cole Porter . The story concerns madcap antics aboard an ocean liner bound from New York to London. Billy Crocker is a stowaway in love with heiress Hope Harcourt, who is engaged to Lord Evelyn Oakleigh. Nightclub singer Reno Sweeney and Public Enemy #13 Moonface Martin aid Billy in his quest to win Hope. The musical introduced such songs as “Anything Goes”, “You’re the Top”, and “I Get a Kick Out of You.”

The Wonder of Christmas Holiday Lights & More 2016 in Brockton MA

The Wonder of Christmas is a Holiday attraction located in Brockton that has a beautiful display of lights and Christmas shows. It will be open night from Friday  December 16th to Friday December 24th 6-9pm.15267753_537799833088846_3608623448587928857_n
There will be
• An awesome computerized light show
• Your favorite animated movie characters live and in person
• A dramatic Christmas production
• Santa at the North Pole
• And a Cafe with live Christmas music.

All this for only $5 per person
Families only pay $20 for 4 or more

What is included in the ticket price

Part One – Christmas Park
This is a winding outdoor park with lights and Christmas themed displays. Families can take their time as they move throughout the world of lights.
Computer aided lighting. Every 10 minutes the entire park will dance with choreographed music. Thanks to computer technology, we can control the lights to move with music to display a show as the entire park comes alive.

Part Two – Outdoor Character Stage
Every 15 minutes we will put on live character shows with music and fun from your favorite movies and animated features. There will be acting, dancing and signing with a chance for guests to take photos with the characters.

Part Three – Visit Santa at the North Pole
Santa Claus will be available each night for children to visit. We will have photo opportunities available that families can access online at the Wonder of Christmas website. He is found in an interactive room of fun themed after the north pole.

Part Four – Christmas Café and live music
Our in house café serves hot chocolate and food items. You can take a seat, relax and listen to live Christmas music performed by a different talented artist each night.

Part Five – Christmas Projection Room
In this room you go on a Christmas journey that twists, turns and takes you on a wild ride. The Christmas projection is larger than life and envelopes you in site and sound that takes your breath away.

Part Six – Musical Play
We will be presenting an original feel-good musical play called “Santa Klaus”. This presentation will make you laugh, cheer and pull on your heart strings. This show will run 3 times each night and is included in the price of admission.

A holiday classic from the writer of the musical theater classic The Music Man! Based on the movie of the same name, Miracle On 34th Street features a book and score by none other than Meredith Willson. Single mother, Doris Walker, doesn’t want her six-year old daughter Susan’s head filled with romantic notions. Their neighbor Fred Gailey tries to woo Doris by charming Susan and taking her to see Santa Claus at Macy’s, where Doris works. Doris is not impressed -but when it turns out Macy’s Santa may in fact be the real Kris Kringle, a wave of love spreads across New York City that melts even the most cynical hearts.

Filled with humor, spectacle and such beloved songs as “Pinecones and Hollyberries,” “It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas” and “My State, My Kansas,” this joyous musical is pure family entertainment, wholesome and heartwarming. Miracle On 34th Street The Musical is the holiday

Field of Screams at Brockton Rox Stadium 2016

The  Brockton Rox Stadium will be the host for the 3rd annual Field of Screams for 3 weeks in October. Field of Screams at Brockton Rox Stadium 2016

Haunted House in bowels of the Rox Stadium!!! Fundraising event that will be affordable and family friendly. THREE October weekends: (Friday & Saturday) 10/14-15; 10/21-22; 10/28-29.  The stadium, opens up at 5pm wiht scares starting at 6pm and running thru 10pm.

Prices: $12 adults 18-up; $10 students 6-17; FREE little tykes 5 and under. There will be Zombie Kickball 1st weekend, Jack-o-lantern decorating/carving contest 2nd weekend, costume contest last weekend. There will be prizes and raffles. Net proceeds return to schools, Save Our Sports and Brockton Education Foundations. Top 3 schools sending victims…people will have 20% net proceeds sent back to them.

There are three levels of fright to suit everyone-the Casper tour for our littlest fans-to the full blown scare affair for the bravest of souls!
