Plymouth July 4th Parade & Fireworks 2017

The 2017 Plymouth July 4th Committee–is pleased to announce that our theme this year is Salute to “Super” Heroes  The great family fun day on  Tuesday July 4th will start with a parade and end with fireworks!!   Plymouth  July 4th Parade & Fireworks 2017

  • 7:30 am – Old Colony Club march to Coles Hill.  Reading of the Mayflower Compact and Declaration of Independence.
  • 8:00 am – 2nd Annual Plymouth 4th of July 5K from Stephens Field
  • 9:15 am – Plymouth 4th of July Parade from Mayflower Business Park in North Plymouth
  • 7:30 pm – Plymouth Philharmonic concert on the waterfront at DCR Pilgrim Memorial State Park
  • 9:15 pm – Fireworks
  • Food trucks and vendors on the waterfront are open all day.



Bridgewater 4th of July Parade,MusicFest, Carnival and Fireworks 2017

Bridgewater has one of the largest celebrations in the area for the 4th of July. There will be a full day of events including a parade, art & music festival, a family carnival and fireworks to end the day. The Parade kicks off from Bridgewater State University  at 10am  and goes through the center of town. On July 4th, immediately following the parade, on the grounds of BSU, THE BRIDGEWATER ARTS & MUSIC FESTIVAL puts on a festival which includes: art, live music with a focus on original music, dance, great food, children’s events such as face painting, train rides, circle drumming, sand art and entertainment such as puppet shows and more. FOOD on the QUAD, come hungry to the festival and treat yourself to some fried dough, popcorn, snow cones, ice cream, pizza, pasty confections, soda, bottled water, fresh squeezed fruit juices. FOOD on SCHOOL Street, The FIRST PARISH UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST CHURCH at 50 School Street (across the street) traditionally sells food (best burgers in town), and hosts a book sale during the Arts & Music Festival.

CARNIVAL at Legion Field (Music, Rides, Food) from 5:30-9:15pm

Fireworks promptly at 9:30pm
Note: Rides will close promptly, shortly after 9pm
The 4th of July Committee will be offering several new options
for Food at this year’s Celebration at Legion Field.
There will be 3 Food Stations (front lot on Route 18,
Back Corner near Williams, and Cottage Street side lot)
Patrons can sample summer favorites, BBQ, Fried Dough,
Kettle Corn, Ice Cream, Grilled Cheese, Fair Food, and more


Sharon July 4th Celebration & Fireworks 2017

The Town of Sharon will be hosting their annual 4th of July Independence Day celebration and fireworks on Monday  July 3rd at Memorial Park Beach with firework at the end of the day at Lake Massapoag.  Rain date  (rain date: Sunday, July 9)

Monday, July 3, 2017 schedule

4:00 PM – Bicycle and Doll Carriage Parade – the parade will travel on Beach Street to the bandstand. (Line up at Beech Tree Park [corner of Pond St and Beach Street] at 3:45 PM, and admire all the decorations!)

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM – the ReMax balloon will be set up at the high school fields (across the street from the entrance to Memorial Park Beach, with free balloon rides from 4:00PM – 6:00PM!

4:30 PM – 9:30 PM – Lakeside Celebration, including:

4:30PM – Face Painting and craft activities, at the picnic tables on the grass outside the bandstand, organized by the Sharon Recreation Department

4:30 – Performance at the bandstand by Circus Dynamics – enjoy juggling, magic, and stunts…

A variety of food and drinks will be sold by Sharon community organizations.

Sharon’s fifth annual Food Truck Fair – featuring some of the Boston area’s finest food trucks. Plenty of food choices are available to have dinner at the celebration! Scheduled to appear are…

Captain Marden’s “The Cod Squad”, Away Cafe, Teri-Yummy, Moyzilla, Spicy Salaa, Ruby’s Ice Cream and Frozen Lemonade, and more!

– Carnival Games

– Train Rides and slot car racing from Roaming Railroad . The Roaming Railroad is a Sharon Independence Day Celebration tradition!

– 8:30 PM – Pie Eating Contest ($50 first place prize, must be 18 years or older to participate. Sign up at the main gate with a Sharon Independence Day Committee member)

– Live music (6:30 until 9:30), featuring the Dixie Diehards – featuring upbeat traditional New Orleans jazz music

9:30PM – Fireworks!

Hingham 4th of July Celebration & Fireworks 2017

The Hingham Lions will host the annual the July 4th Community Celebration on Saturday July 1st  The American tradition includes family activities, music, food and a wonderful fireworks display. Attend America’s holiday gala at the Hingham harbor bandstand area! Please join us and have fun commemorating the founding of our great country.   (check out the whole fireworks schedule)  

Starts at 4:00pm children/family activities
The Independence Day Party (4-6pm) includes kids’ activities: patriotic face painting, a bouncy house, balloons and more fun.
5:00pm pre-concert music
7:00pm live concert
After dark the fireworks extravaganza will color burst the night sky!

Also make sure you help support the Hingham Lion club as they run the fireworks!1

Middleboro July 4th Carnival and Fireworks 2017

On Tuesday, July 4th, we will be opening early for families! Daytime wristbands will be sold from 1pm-5pm, and separate Nighttime wristbands will be sold from 5-9pm!
