Quincy August Moon Festival 2017

The 30th Annual August Moon Festival will be held on Sunday August 20th  12-5PM Downtown Quincy on Coddington St. This is a great FREE family friendly event to learn about the Chinese culture. This is a new location for the August moon Festival .

This event is one of the largest cultural festivals on the South Shore, last year’s festival attracted over 15,000 people!

The festival is free to attend with attractions such as a food court and food trucks, children’s amusements and pony rides, dunk tank, cultural performances all day on more!

Opening ceremonies starts at 11AM with a lion dance. Come early, you don’t want to miss this!

Marshfield Fair 2017

The Marshfield Fair opens on Friday, August  19th  and runs through Sunday, August 28th There will be a carnival run by Fiesta shows running daily as well as . the Agricultural Fair draws hundreds of competitors in 4-H, arts and crafts, agricultural and horticultural events. Fantastic fun for the whole family!. The fair is open daily from 12 noon to 10pm daily. The general admission ticket to get into the fair is $10. Children 6 and under are free. Free Sunday night Summer Concerts 2017 in Pembroke MA

The Pembroke Recreation Commission will host be hosting the 2017Entertainment on the Green, free summer concerts beginning at 6 p.m. July 2  at the Town Green, 128 Center St.

The first 8 weeks will be from 6-8PM, the final 2 performances will be from 3-7PM

The Abington summer concert series will be back for Summer 2017~ These great family friendly concerts will be held at 6 p.m. on Sundays at the Catherine and Joseph Nisby Bandstand. Bring your blanket, a lawn chair and enjoy the summer evening.
