Winter Wonderland Christmas Holiday Lights at Southwick Zoo Mendon 2023
Take a magical journey through Southwick’s Zoo with friends and family to view spectacular holiday lights! This year’s 2020 Winter Wonderland The holiday lights event will open November 18th-December 31st 5-9pm (Closed Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thanksgiving & Christmas Day)
This is a WALK THROUGH evening event and requires a Winter Wonderland admission ticket that can be purchased ONLINE for a discount or at the door! Winter Wonderland is back for our 5th year of Holiday Magic and family traditions. Have your tickets in hand or purchase at the main zoo entrance and enter a world of lights, music and fun. Enjoy a private visit with jolly man himself, Santa Claus, take in a show at the show arena, warm up with some scrumptions goodies, sip on some hot chocolate or hot toddies and walk amongst the brilliant holiday light displays. Please dress warmly as the event is mostly outdoors. You can always warm up in the Purple Peacock Gift Shop and don’t forget to make a reservation at Gallifords Restaurant 508-928-0928! Doors Open at 5pm – 9pm!

Do I need to purchase tickets online? Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Winter Wonderland guests can purchase tickets online or at the entrance.
I have unused zoo admission tickets. Can I use them to visit Winter Wonderland?
Zoo admission tickets cannot be used for Winter Wonderland. Winter Wonderland requires its own separate ticket purchased either online or in person. There is not an EARTH Member discount for Winter Wonderland admission.
Can I show my ticket on my phone?
You can show your ticket on your phone, however, for faster entry, we strongly recommend printing your ticket out.
What happens if it rains or snows? Can I reschedule my ticket if needed?

Do we have to bring a stroller, or can we rent one?
You can bring your own stroller. Rentals are not available for special events including Winter Wonderland.
Will the gift shop be open?
Yes, the Purple Peacock Gift Shop will be open for holiday shopping!
Will there be food available to purchase?
Yes! The Kringle Café is open for concessions and special bakery items. Galliford’s Restaurant & Tavern will also be open for on-site dining and takeout.
