What a great day for a run! The race takes off at 8:00 am and starts and ends in Shurtleff Park. Also there will be a Fred Weston Memorial Fun Run for children 10 and under! Click here to register now!
2016 Race Results
Horseshoe Tournament
The 21st Annual Double Elimination Horseshoe Tournament in Shurtleff Park.
Registration begins at 8:00 am and the tournament is at 9:00 am. Parking at library and baseball lot across the street. Main Street access only from 7:45 to 8:15 am.
Doll Carriage / Bicycle Parade
The children parade through Shurtleff Park showing off their decorated bikes and carriages in themes they have chosen. The parade begins at 10:00 am. Please register your child between 9:30 and 10:00 am at the corner of West Street and Main St on the green.
Craft Fair
You will find lots of homemade creations for sale from local crafters and artists. Craft/Artist application can be printed by clicking the button on the right. If it is your creation, come sell your wares at Carver Old Home Day!
The Clambake
An old fashion clambake will be served under the pines in Shurtleff Park. The bake is served at 1:30pm and tickets must be purchased in advanced. Please call Cheryl at 508-866-9196 after June 2017.
Classic Car Cruise and Tractor Show
Bring your classic car, truck or tractor to participate in the show and cruise through the back roads of Carver. All meet at the town hall for display beginning at 10:00 am. Those interested can cruise at 11:00 am and enjoy the town. Music
We always have something for everyone! Our day will be lead off with the sweet harmonies of the Three Amigos beginning at 8:30 am. Next you will get the big band sounds and patriotic music of the Legion “Bud” Band on the band stand from 10:30 to 12:30 pm. Whiskey Burn will rock out our afternoon!
Non-Profit Groups
If you would like to reserve a space to set up your table and display for your local non-profit group, please contact Joyce at 508-866-3953 prior to July 26, 2017 and send your completed Non Profit Space Reservation in.
Children’s Activities
A Rock Climbing Wall will be on the Green for climbing thanks to local donations! Face Painting by Art on the Spot, Fred Weston Memorial Kids Fun Run at 7:30 am and much more. There are always lots of activities for the children to enjoy!
