Freetown State Forest Wading Pool & Splash Pad
A great way to spend a warm day with the kids is in Freetown which is just south of Taunton at Freetown State Forest Spray Deck/Wading Pool. A Spray deck is very similar to a splash pad. The completely-fenced in area there keeps the kids close by . The deepest part of the wading pool is only 18 inches and the entire wading pool and splash pad  area are fenced in  There is some grassy areas around the water to snack, or you can pack a full picnic lunch and enjoy  at one of the picnic tables located  right outside of the fence
