Day 743 Indoor Surfing Classes at Surf Inside Fitness Studio in Pembroke MA
Surf Inside is a new fitness studio in the Pembroke Crossing shopping plaza on Route 53. It  features indoor surfboard workout classes using spring-based boards that mimic the instability of water-based surfing. SURFSET Fitness, a young company featured on the ABC network television show, Shark Tank, patents the boards and indoor fitness classes.
Surf Inside Studio hosts 10 RipSurfer X surfboards and the décor boasts cool, ocean colors with hand-painted images of waves on the walls.  The classes cater to all fitness levels and abilities and can be for everyone. Classes can be targeted to any age group, in great shape or just starting out. All that is missing is the smell of ocean air.
Classes run between  $12-$15 depending on package purchasing with the first class free for new clients through the end of January 2014. Space is limited and boards must be reserved prior to class.
