Day 621 The Farmer’s Daughter Breakfast Restaurant in Easton MA

The Farmer’s Daughter is a new breakfast and lunch restaurant focusing on healthier choices and local produce in the North Easton Village.  They are working with local farms to bring the freshest food for you and not your typical South Shore breakfast place. 

Some of the breakfast items  include “Avo” Egg  Broiled avocado topped with farm egg drizzled with EVOO, ancho, parmesan,  served with a toast or bagel.   The Stonehill (college)  Toasted bagel sandwich, choice of fried or scrambled  eggs layered with Vermont cheddar cheese. They also have a skinny omelet as well as some pancake and waffle selections.

Lunch includes   Not your Momʼs Tuna Melt  Imported tuna preserved in olive oil, roasted peppers, fontina cheese and salsa verde served on  pressed sourdough.  Bangkok Wrap Thinly sliced Thai marinated chicken, cilantro-infused  brown rice, shredded carrot and cabbage slaw and drizzled with toasted peanut vinaigrette.   All sandwiches come with choice of: house made potato chips, chickpea salad, baby  greens or fresh fruit.  They also have some pork sliders, fancy tacos and several salad  options.
