The Museum is a great place to celebrate your child’s birthday!
For kids, there is fun around every corner, while you can relax and enjoy yourself thanks to our experienced party staff.

Private Party Includes:
Full use of the Museum’s Exhibits and Facilities for 2 hours
Members of The Children’s Museum Easton receive a discount
Personal staff member to oversee your party
A private room for 30 minutes to serve your cake
Up to 35 guests MAXIMUM, combination of children over the age of 1 and adults.
Comfortable seating for 15 children.
Cake is allowed to be served inside the Museum for the 10 am to 12 noon Private Party (no pizza or other food is allowed).
Cake and Pizza is allowed to be served inside the Museum for the 4:30 and 6:30 Private Party.
Party room time is 30 minutes: 10:45 am to 11:15 during 10 to 12 party and 5:15 to 5:45 pm during 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm party.
Party must be paid in full to confirm date and time.
If a member of your family is ill the day of your party, we will certainly reschedule your party for another date.
Party Planning Tips:
Plan on getting in and out of the party room quickly. Children can sit for cake anytime, they much rather be out in the Museum.
Note on your invitations when cake will be served so your guests arrive on time. Parties end promptly on time.
Cupcakes are convenient options and can be packaged to go.

We offer several party options to give your child the most unique party experience they have ever had! Our professional educators will tailor each party to age, group size, and the specific interests of your child. Every party includes a fun, educational nature adventure program with an NRT educator followed by a Carriage House room rental.

Parties are offered on Saturdays only between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Programs are designed for children turnings ages 4-8 and can be modified to best fit the age of your child. All dates/times are subject to stafff availability. All parties include a 45 minute educational program followed by a 45 minute Carriage House room rental.
Old Colony YMCA Easton Birthday Party options
Old Colony YMCA offers unique ways to celebrate your birthday! Your child will have a party to remember and you won’t have any stress! From pool parties to theme parties, our staff will make sure your celebration with us is a great one.
Birthday Parties are offered two Saturdays each month in our Indoor/Outdoor Playground. Please note that your party will run during open play time. We are only scheduling a limited number of parties each Saturday.

- Click on the link to reserve your party tables ($25 fee) and select a half-hour time slot
(10-10:30, 10:30-11, or 11-11:30). The most economical way to pay for your guests is to purchase punch cards (see link below). Each punch card is $140 and has 10 visits (10 children). Please note that our Saturday registration fee is $20/child so even if you do not utilize the entire punch card it may still be the most cost-effective way to host your party. - Once you reserve your table and purchase your punch card(s), your next step is to register the children who will be attending your party (including the birthday child). Click on the link below and select “Punch Card Registration $0.00.” Enter the child’s first and last name under the date your party is being held.
- A waiver must be completed for each child in attendance. Please forward this waiver link to the parent/guardian. Also, remind your guests that all children and ADULTS must wear grip socks or go barefoot in our indoor playground area. Grip socks can be purchased at Maplewood for $3/pair.
- Regarding your party celebration, if you are providing food, please bring cupcakes (rather than cake), juice boxes, and bottled water. We ask that decorations be limited to table coverings, plates, and napkins and that you do not bring balloons.
