Free Tuesday night summer concerts at Sunset Lake 2015 in Braintree MA
The Sunset Lake Braintree Concert Series is back for 2015.  The free summer concerts will be  Tuesday evenings 6:00-8:00pm at  Sunset Lake’s gazebo bandstand. Bring your blanket or lawn chair. Arrive early and be entertained for two free hours. Here are the 2015 summer concerts
June 23rd- “Curragh’s Fancy”
Curragh’s Fancy’s music is heavily influenced by many of the best-known Irish bands, including the Clancy Brothers, The Irish Rovers, the Dubliners, the Wolfe Tones, and Planxty, to name as few. Folk influences include the Kingston Trio, Bob Dylan, John Prine, Stan Rogers, and The Old Crow Medicine Show. Trio members Dave Leahy, Michael Kelley, and Bob Fowkes play several instruments: guitar, banjo, bass, mandolin, bouzouki, and tin whistle, and all three share in the singing. They perform a lively mix of old pub favorites and newer material.

Funk and hip-hop to contemporary ska and swing, combined with 70s and 80s favorites.
July 14th-“The New City Cowboys”
The New City Cowboys are a group of country music lovin’ life long friends based, of all places, just south of Boston Massachusetts. We love the new music coming out of Nashville so much that we formed our new band to bring the “New Nashville Sound†to the Boston area. Our goal is to make sure that you have as good a time listening to our music as we do performing it for you!
