Paintbox Art Studio in Plymouth MA
Paintbox Studio is an art studio located in Plymouth.  It is  a place that will spark your child’s creative side. Paintbox Studio offers a spectacular art program for children 18 months through 12 years. the  studio offers private, semi-private, and group art lessons.  They  also offer art camps for school vacation weeks and summer recess, as well as one-time workshops for children and adults. Class sizes at Paintbox Studio are kept small with only 4-8 students. This assures plenty of time for instructor/student interaction.

April 4th:
USA Themed Doll Class: Easter Accessories
Since our Winter classes for USA Themed Doll accessories were so popular we are continuing on…
During this Easter themed class students will be creating accessories for their own dolls they may have
at home. Students will leave this class with a hand crafted Easter basket filled with hand modeled
candy, a matching purl necklace and bracelet, and an Easter dress!

Two exciting days of ART, sign up for one, or more and save!
A planned project will be taught during each session, as well as, the use of several materials,
techniques, and tools. Your child will learn to create art in a variety of different media throughout
each morning. Please bring snack and a drink. All materials included

May 2nd:
Balsa Wood Boats
Students will learn how to build a boat out of Balsa wood. This wood is very light and
easy to work with. Children’s boats will have a base, mast, sail, and be able to float.
They would be great for play in a pool, pond, or a calm day at the beach!

Chihuly Style Outdoor Hanging Sculpture
I have had a sample of this sculpture hang in the studio since last spring and
everyone seems to comment on its beauty. Here is your chance to make your own.
These curly sculptures would look beautiful in your yarn all season long.

USA Themed Doll Class: Spring Fling
Since our Winter classes for USA Themed Doll accessories were so popular we are
continuing on…During this Spring themed class students will be creating accessories
for their own dolls they may have at home. Students will leave this class with a
ribbon hoop perfect for hanging so your doll can picnic below. There will also her
time for creating a pair of sandals, a butterfly wand, and a flower pot.

May 16th:
On-Site Horse Drawing Class at Mare Willow Farm
Students will be dropped off and picked up at Mare Willow Farm for a 2 hour drawing session. We
will also take a tour of the farm as well as meet some of the animals that call Mare Willow home.
Students will be provide with their very own drawing notebook and pencil to keep.

June 20th:
Art on the Green at the Pinehills
Paintbox Studio will be returning to the Pinehills Art on the Green event. Come and visit the
children’s tent where for a small donation you can make art with me and my staff. There are
also amazing artisans that sell their handmade art, lunch, and ice cream are available as
well. See you there.

Enjoy a relaxing morning at Paintbox Studio creating works of art in red,
white, and blue and learn about a famous artist that is noted for his patriotic
artwork.

USA Themed Doll Class: Fourth of July Fun
Since our Winter classes for USA Themed Doll accessories were so popular we are
continuing on…During this Independence Day themed class students will be creating
accessories for their own dolls they may have at home. Students will leave this class
with a jean skirt, themed scarf, a pair of flip-flops, as well as, mini pin wheels and a
red, white, and blue bunting.

Summer Preview
Paintbox Studio will be offering art classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays this summer.
9am-12pm (afternoon sessions may be added depending on response) Students are
encouraged to bring their own snack and drink. Ages K-5 DROP OFF
July 7&9, 14&16, 21&23
August 4&6, 11&13
$40/session(1st student)-$35/session(each additional sibling)
More offerings for younger students may be added.

Any of the workshops offered above can be done at anytime, if our times don’t work for you.
Paintbox Studio would be willing to schedule a private group class for a minimum of 4 students.
