Hug Foundation Bruins Alumni Game 2015 in Rockland MA
On  Saturday January 24th 2015 The Ice Huggers will again face off against the Boston Bruins Alumni at 3:00 PM at the Rockland Rink. The Event is sponsored and benefiting the HUG foundation of Abington.
Bruins Alumi and celebrities include Ray Bourque, Terry O’Reilly, Bob Beers, Andy Brickley, Frank Simonetti, Rick Middleton, Reggie Lemelin, Billy O’Dwyer, Dan LaCouture, Bob Sweeney, Tom Songin, Bruce Shoebottom, Kenny Hodge,Fred Ahern and Jay Miller.
Ray Bourque rarely does any local Boston Bruins Alumni games! Â Raffles include Signed Ray Bourque and Terry O’Reilly shirts as well as Providence Bruins.
The success of this event is dependent upon the fundraising efforts of the players  each required to raise $1,000 in order to participate. If you want to donate to a player click here  Tickets are $10 and players will be signing autographs in between periods.  Purchase tickets online  or at the door.  It is expected to be a big crowd so get your tickets in advance
Part of the funds will go to Dan LaCouture NHL player towards the Boston Marathon Run.
The HUG Foundation was created in 2011 in memory of Linda Harmon.
The HUG Foundation will be sponsoring various fundraisers and community events that will enable us to help those in need.
Help Us Give to individuals, families and groups; friends and neighbors and those we have yet to meet, whose lives have been touched by illness, accident or financial hardship.
