Day 906 Hanover Firefighters Touch a Truck and Family Fun day 2014
The Hanover Fire Department will will hosting the 3rd  Family fun day and Touch a Truck event at Sylvester Field on Route 139  on Saturday September 27th from 10am-3pm
Here are some of the highlights of the day 
Edaville USA will be joining us this year at the event! They will have a prize wheel where everyone is a winner! They’ll also have cotton candy and some other goodies!
Elite Football Academy will be there providing demonstrations and other activities; My Gym Norwell will be there to show us a thing or two about kids fitness; our friends at Saving Second Base will be on hand showing their support and providing information on Breast Cancer Awareness; and Morgan Power Equipment will be there. More vendors and other participants are being added, check back soon!
The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department will join us again at this year’s Touch A Truck to promote an important program. Deputies will be on hand making Child ID Kits which consist of photographs, height, weight, etc., and fingerprints of children. This is a great service and we are happy to have it available to parents once again!

What is the coolest way to get to school?!? IN A FIRE TRUCK!!! We are raffling off a ride to school for your child and three of their friends. Hanover Firefighters will pick you up at the winners house in one of our fire trucks and drop you off at the front steps of your school! Tickets are $10 each and will be available to purchase online at www.touchatruck@ticketbud.com tomorrow evening until the 27th at 1pm or at our TOUCH A TRUCK event at our T-Shirt booth! Must be a Hanover student. Pre-K – High School
Suggestion donation  is  $3.00 per person or $5.00 for 2 people. This is a fundraiser to allow us to purchase and install an AED at Forge Pond Park; the new Town-owned recreation facility in Hanover.
