Holly Hill Farm in Cohasset MA 2024

Sharing is caring!

Holly Hill Farm  is the only working farm in the town of Cohasset It has been focused on sustainable growing since our start, and ahead of our time in many ways, having received our first certification as an organic farm by the USDA in 1999. We have continued to meet these strict requirements and have been Certified Organic every year since!

However, growing organically is just one step we take to care for the soil, land, our crops, and the health of our community. We follow regenerative farming practices such as the use of cover crops, no-till techniques, and crop rotation to name a few. By doing so, we help reduce damage to the soil, rebuild healthy soil, increase plant root health, increase the soil’s ability to pull and store carbon from the atmosphere, and help protect the land against erosion.

We take proactive steps in every aspect of how we farm – from seed and soil to harvest – that require more planning, time, and even added costs.
