Capron Park Zoo & Splash Pad in Attleboro MA 2024
A great trip for a morning or afternoon is the Capron Zoo in Attleboro! It is smaller so it is NOT an exhausting day trip for either YOU or the kids!
Your little ones will enjoy animals all over the world from Tigers to Birds! Capron Park Zoo also has a water splash pad that is included with admission. The water splash pad (currently closed) is opened during the summer months so bring a swim suits
The zoo has a separate entrance than the park. The park has a modern fun-looking playground for kids, walkways, picnic areas and a beautiful garden. While you can’t bring your own food into the park the playground is perfect area to have a picnic lunch before or afterwards!
2023 information
THE ZOO IS OPEN!
We are excited to announce Capron Park Zoo is now OPEN! Zoo hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM with the last ticket sales at 3 PM. Credit Card use is encouraged.
The entrance for the zoo has been moved to the end of the Pavilion towards the ball field and visitors may exit ONLY through the gift shop. There are no advance ticket/timed ticket sales.
In accordance with the guidelines we have added additional hand sanitizer stations. We have created a one way pathway throughout the zoo. We encourage all visitors to use this pathway to see many of their favorite animals while maintaining appropriate social distancing.
In planning your visit please remember the Massachusetts Covid-19 Reopening Standards REQUIRE:
Visitor Capacity be monitored and limited
Guests wear face masks or coverings at all times while on zoo grounds.
Guests follow social distancing guidelines between yourself and other guests
One member of your family or group must provide their contact information (Full Name; phone number or email address) when tickets are purchased.
